Clinic Reception Role Training

PARTICIPANTS HAVE 4 WEEKS TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM. This program is intended for any personnel who carry our reception type roles within their position. The training covers phone and other communication modalities as well as managing the clinic's reception area.
